The free WiFi throughout the property was handy for staying connected, but the lack of a kettle in the room was a minor inconvenience. However, the accommodating reception staff quickly pointed us to the elegant living room where we could enjoy a hot beverage.Exploring the grounds, we stumbled upon a charming laundry facility, a thoughtful touch for longer stays. The historical significance of the property added a layer of depth to our visit, transporting us back in time. As we wandered the nearby woods, the tranquility of the surroundings was a welcome retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life.Despite some internal staff disagreements, the seamless service provided a comfortable stay. Access to laundry facilities and the serene woodland setting enhanced the overall experience, making this chateau a compelling choice for those seeking a blend of history and modern comfort.
